UCU’s Vidyo app provides a high-tech, high touch access point for our members. Vidyo enhances our members experience by allowing them to talk face-to-face directly with a Financial Services Specialist through online video conferencing. Vidyo is fast, secure, and best of all, it’s free. This new channel ensures UCU can interact professionally and confidentially with members on important matters from online banking assistance to home loans.
To use the UCU Vidyo App, you must be a University Credit Union member. Members will need to contact UCU for more information about the Vidyo service at (800) UCU-4510 or go to www.UCU.org/vidyo.
